Level Three Sex Offender to Move to Stearns County

STEARNS COUNTY -- The Stearns County Sheriff's Office is informing you of a level three sex offender moving to Stearns County.

73-year-old Cyrus Kulp will be moving into Raymond Township on August 26, 2014.

Kulp is not wanted by police and has served his prison sentence.

A community notification meeting has been scheduled for August 25th at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the Padua Pub reception hall located at 33945 County Road 18.

Members of the Department of Corrections and the Stearns County Sheriff's Office will be available to answer any questions.

Kulp has a history of engaging in sexual contact with females ages 4-7.
