Level 3 Sex Offender Arrested for Alleged Violation

ST. CLOUD - A level 3 predatory sex offender has been arrested by St. Cloud police.

Thirty-one year old Jerome Webb of St. Cloud was arrested during a traffic stop yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon at about 4:15 p.m. at the intersection of 7th Avenue South and 11th Street South.

Officers determined Webb violated his registration requirements involving the location where he's required to live.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the United State's Marshall's Office assisted in the arrest.
