Jennifer Lynn Koepp-Chrast, 32, Foley

August 30, 1982 - March 23, 2015

Jennifer Lynn Koepp-Chrast, age 32, of Foley, died Monday, March 23, 2015 at University of Minnesota Medical Center after a short illness.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Foley Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Timothy Wittwer will officiate.

Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday at the Foley Funeral Home. Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Jennifer Koepp-Chrast was born August 30, 1982 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to David and Patricia (Jensen) Koepp. Jennifer graduated from St. Cloud Tech High School in 2000 and has lived in Foley since 2011. She worked for Independent School District, 742. Jennifer enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting sports and spending time outdoors and was a member of the Foiley American Legion Auxiliary, Post 298. She was a wonderful mother and leaves behind her family and two beautiful daughters, Kelsey May and Hailey May, both at home. Memorials are preferred in-lieu of flowers.

She is survived by her parents, Dave & Patty Koepp, Foley, brother Jeff (Briana), Sauk Rapids; nephew, Max Koepp, Sauk Rapids and many aunts and uncles and cousins and grandmother, Helen Kierzek-Kvarnlov, St. Cloud. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Normand Koepp and Harold & Ardelle Jensen and cousin, Brian Koepp.
