Groundbreaking Kicks Off Construction, Renovation in Sauk Rapids

SAUK RAPIDS -- A groundbreaking ceremony was held Friday at the Franklin Business Center in Sauk Rapids.

The event kicks off a months-long project of construction and renovation of the existing buildings at 1159 and 1201 Franklin Avenue Northeast in Sauk Rapids.

Current tenants of the buildings include Wilcox Family Dentistry and Absolute Outdoor sporting goods.

The work is scheduled to be completed this summer with the buildings offering nearly 13,600 square feet of space available for lease.
