Food Network’s Amy Thielen Speaking At Stearns History Museum Event

ST. JOSEPH - A TV show host from the Food Network is the featured speaker for the 3rd annual Stearns History Museum fundraiser.

Park Rapids' Amy Thielen will talk about Midwestern cuisine, her cookbook, and her show "The Heartland Table".

The event is being held tomorrow (Thursday) at the Gorecki Center at the College of St. Benedict. The social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Recipes from her cookbook will be used in the meal.
