Northern Minnesota's Amy Thielen seems to be taking the cooking world by storm this fall. The Park Rapids woman has a new show on the Food Network called "Heartland Table". It debuted on September 14th. She also has a new book out on the store shelves called "The New Midwestern Table: 200 Heartland Recipes".
