Driver Arrested After Striking Boy In Olmsted County
KALMAR TOWNSHIP, Minn. (AP) - A driver has been arrested after striking a 5-year-old boy in Olmsted County.
The boy was in a wagon near the edge of the road west of Byron Tuesday evening when he was struck. The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office has not released the child's condition.
The 69-year-old Mantorville man was taken into custody on a possible charge of criminal vehicular operation.
The investigation continues.
