Domestic Incident Leads to Short Police Chase
ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police responded to an alleged domestic incident involving a vehicle on Saturday night.
It happened just before 10:00 p.m. Officers located the vehicle in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue Southeast, St. Cloud.
When police tried to stop the vehicle a short chase ensued.
Police say the driver, 49-year-old Gregory Ballauf, led police on a chase for several miles before losing them in Waite Park.
Officers later found Ballauf in the 700 block of 25th Avenue North in St. Cloud.
Ballauf was taken to the Benton County Jail. He faces charges of fleeing police in a motor vehicle and 2nd Degree DUI.
