ST. CLOUD -- A Registered Dietician with the Central Minnesota Heart Center is giving you some tips on how to eat healthier during this National Heart Month.

Diane Giambruno says look for foods low in saturated fat and without any trans fat. She also says sodium can lead to high blood pressure and heart disease.

Giambruno says it's not easy to change our eating habits, but it's not impossible either. She says our taste buds are trained to like the foods we eat, so while it may take a short time to convert to those foods, they will eventually become tasteful.
