UPDATE: I-94 Between St. Cloud and Clearwater Reopens [VIDEO]

ST. CLOUD -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol have opened Interstate 94 between Highway 24 in Clearwater and County Road 75 in St. Cloud/St. Augusta.

The segment of interstate was closed earlier today due to a crash. While that crash has been cleared and the road is open, traffic remains heavy and slow and is expected to remain slow through this evening’s rush hour.

Motorists should consider using Highway 10, Highway 55 or other alternate routes,

The State Patrol dispatch confirms the crash happened in the construction zone between St. Cloud and St. Augusta, near Opportunity Drive.

At least one person was treated for their injuries.
