Community Notification Meeting Planned on Level III Sex Offender

ST. CLOUD - A Level III Sex Offender has moved in to St. Cloud.

Dagan Lasart moved in to the 1500 block of 8th Street South on Wednesday.

Lasart has been convicted of entering a woman's home without permission and using a weapon to force sexual contact

with the victim.  He was not known to the victim.

The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be holding a Community Notification Meeting on Wednesday, February 6th at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.  The meeting will also air on Charter Channel 19.
