ST. CLOUD -- A 17-year-old Clear Lake boy was seriously hurt after a two vehicle crash in St. Cloud Monday evening.

It happened in the 2600 block of 3rd Street North just before 6:00 p.m. Police arrived to find the teen pinned underneath the pickup he was driving.

Emergency crews including the State Patrol, fire department and Gold Cross Ambulance assisted police in freeing the boy from underneath the vehicle. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with potentially life threatening injuries. His name wasn't released so no condition update is available.

The driver of the other car, 26-year-old Amanda Binkley of Roylaton suffered only minor injuries.

The investigation into the cause of the crash and reconstruction are ongoing.
