Charges Expected Against Driver Who Crashed Into Garage

ST. CLOUD -- A 26-year-old man suffered minor injuries after his vehicle struck a garage Wednesday.

The incident happened at 625 11th Avenue North in St. Cloud.

Police say Jeremy Jones was cited for driving after revocation, reckless driving, no insurance, no proof of insurance and displaying revoked registration.

Police say Jones was traveling at a high rate of speed on 7th Street North when he lost control and crashed into the garage.

Jones believes that a mechanical malfunction cause him to lose control.

Police say Jones had alcohol in his system, but was below the legal limit.

Jones suffered non-life threatening injuries.
