ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud Technical and Community College baseball team is looking to finish their goal from the beginning of the season -- winning the World Series.

The Cyclones return to the NJCAA Division III World Series tomorrow (Saturday) for the first time since 2012.

Cyclones head coach Jason Fischer says he's proud of the hard work his team has put in this season.

SCTCC began the tournament as the Number 4 seed. They knocked off Century College in the Region 13 title game 6-3 last Saturday.

The Cyclones (27-7) will face Prince George's Community College, from Largo Maryland, to begin World Series play. Fischer says he doesn't know what to expect from their opponent.

Outfielders Jace Otto and Brian Redemske, catcher Kolin Kubitz, and first baseman Ed Reichenbach are some of the key players on the team.

However, Fischer says anyone on the team can make a difference.

The Cyclones roster contains 27 players, a majority from Central Minnesota.

First pitch tomorrow is set for 4 p.m. in Tyler, Texas.
