Albany Hosts Heritage Days

ALBANY -  Fireworks, food and a parade are just a few of the attractions bringing people to Albany's Heritage Days.

Festivities take place Saturday, starting at 8:00 a.m with the 5K Walk/Run and 1K. Other events include a bean bag toss at Rookies Sports Bar, face painting, pedal tractor pulls, gun raffle, Water Bowling and a Beer Garden.

The "Let Freedom Ring" parade starts at 7:00 p.m. and fireworks will happen at dusk.

Musical entertainment for the evening is provided by Stone Road.
