MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Federal authorities have charged a second man in the armed robbery of a craft beer exhibit at the Minnesota State Fair.

According to the criminal complaint, 23-year-old Jordan Strickland of St. Paul helped another man with a gun bind two victims at the booth with duct tape and then stole about $104,000 in cash.

In September, federal prosecutors charged Antonio Washington with using a firearm in a crime of violence in the robbery.

The complaint says a State Fair employee who worked at the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild exhibit identified Strickland as one of the robbers. The employee said Strickland, Washington and a third person met after the Aug. 29 robbery to divide the cash.

Strickland makes his first court appearance Friday.
