On Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. officers were called to 107 3rd Avenue South to check on 43-year-old James Omara, who did not show up for work. Omara was last seen alive on Friday evening. He was found dead in his apartment from a gun shot wound.

Police say the car left the road and struck a tree on the front passenger side of the vehicle.
