COLD SPRING BREWING -- A Connecticut-based private equity firm is buying Cold Spring Brewing Company. Brynwood Partners says that includes Third Street Brewhouse and its contract beverage manufacturing business. Terms of the deal, not disclosed.

CHARLOTTESVILLE RALLY -- Some 150 people gathered at Lake George Sunday, showing solidarity with protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia. That's where a man rammed a car into anti-white supremacist protesters, killing one and hurting as many as 35 others.

RUN OVER BY PICKUP -- He's okay, after being backed-over in the parking lot at a Sauk Rapids bar early Sunday morning. Police believe 49-year-old Jeffrey Marsh of Kentucky was already on the ground when he was backed-over at Rollie's Rednecks and Longnecks.

FORK ATTACK PLEA -- A homeless man's pleaded guilty to stabbing two people with a fork at the "Place of Hope" shelter back in April. 36-year-old Christopher Cox will be sentenced for felony assault in October.

COPS IN SCHOOL -- Even though some Twin Cities school districts are looking at trimming the number of school resource officers in their schools, the St. Cloud area school district is sticking with the number they have -- five officers from St. Cloud and one each from Waite Park and St. Joseph.
