SARTELL - The snow came just in time last night (Friday) for the 2nd Annual A Walk Through Christmas hosted by Waters Church in Sartell.

The event was free and open to the community. Guests were sent on a walk through the woods where various Christmas activities were set up including traditional Christmas carols along with stories told by a nativity set.

Waters Church lead pastor, Doug Vagle says the whole event is an interactive walk through the woods to spend time together.

Last year over eight-hundred people attended the festivities. This year the church decided to have people participate by appointment to avoid waiting in long lines.

It will run tonight (Saturday) and next Friday and Saturday night starting at 5:00 p.m. all nights
