Van, Pickup Collide in Morrison County Sending One Person to Hospital

SOBIESKI - One person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash in Morrison County. The Sheriff's Office says the incident happened just before 4:30 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday) southeast of Sobieski, at the intersection of 9th Street and 110th Avenue in Swan River Township.

A van driven by 30-year-old Jessica Allen of Little Falls failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a pickup pulling a cattle trailer. The pickup was driven by 45-year-old David Butkowski of Freeport.

Allen was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Butkowski and his passenger were not hurt.
