Two People Hurt in Benton County Crash

FOLEY -- Two people are hurt after a two vehicle crash near Foley this (Friday) morning.

The incident happened just before 9:00 a.m. along Highway 23 at Milepost 210 in Benton County.

The state patrol says 47-year-old Timothy Murphy, of St. Cloud, was heading south on 31st Avenue, attempting to cross Highway 23, when he hit another vehicle.

Murphy's vehicle rolled and landed in the ditch.

64-year-old Robert Stommes, of St. Cloud, was the driver of the second vehicle. Stommes and his passenger, 58-year-old Diane Stommes, both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Murphy was not hurt.
