Two Hurt In Crash At Camp Ripley
CAMP RIPLEY -- Two people are hurt after a two vehicle crash in Morrison County.
The incident happened at about 5:00 p.m. Thursday night northwest of the Range Control inside Camp Ripley.
Sheriff Shawn Larsen says 18-year-old Lauren Franken, of Harford, South Dakota was heading west on Luzon Road in a military Humvee, when she veered into the other lane and struck a military supply truck.
Franken and her passenger, 22-year-old Samantha Kasuske of Watertown, South Dakota were taken to St. Gabriel's Hosptial with unknown injuries.
The driver of the supply truck, 29-year-old Christopher Hamann, of Shore South Dakota was not hurt.
