FORT MYERS - The Minnesota Twins are off to a perfect 2-0 start this spring training after downing the Red Sox 6-2 on Saturday.

Chris Parmelee broke the game open with a three-run homer in the fifth inning. Brian Dozier also added two hits for the Twins.

Scott Diamond started the game for the Twins, giving up one run in two innings.

The Twins will continue their spring training schedule against the Tampa Bay Rays on Sunday at 12:05 p.m. You can hear all the action on AM1240 WJON.
