Sunny Skies Expected for Annual Holdingford Daze

HOLDINGFORD -- Plenty of sunshine is in the forecast for this weekend's Holdingford Daze events.

The annual two day long summer celebration has a variety of activities for all ages.

Friday features a classic car and motorcycle show, the Walk for Hope walk to raise awareness for infertility and a 500 card tournament.

Saturday's line-up kicks off with the Lake Wobegone 5K walk or run, proceeds of the run help support the Holdingford cross country team.

Games continue Saturday with the men's slow pitch softball tournament, sand volleyball tournament, Helping Hands Bake Sale, Inflatables for Kids fun run and the grand parade.

Saturday's festivities wrap up with a street dance and fireworks.
