ST. CLOUD -- The city of St. Cloud and the Chamber of Commerce are looking over a report on the operations at the River's Edge Convention Center.

The study was performed by a company called VenuWorks, and looked at all areas of the facility to help show where improvements can be made.

City Council President John Libert says the study showed a need for additional staff, concessions upgrades, signage improvements and other changes.

Libert says it's worth noting the convention center is a money-maker for the city, but they want to make sure the new facility is operating at peak performance.

The city council will take an in-depth look at the report during a study session December 10th.  They'll continue the discussions at their regularly scheduled meeting January 7th.
