Strong Storms Possible in Parts of Minnesota

UNDATED -- Later Tuesday afternoon and evening, scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across southeast Minnesota and Wisconsin.

A few of these storms could produce tornadoes, damaging wind, and large hail.
