ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud area school district will be spending over $1 million on repairs to Tech High School this year.

Last (Wednesday) night the school board approved $408,000 in expenses for the first phase of their ceiling and pipe asbestos abatement project.

Business Director Kevin Januszewski says the first phase of the clean-up is expected to start by May 1st.  Once that's done, they'll start the second phase, which should be completed by September.
