ST. CLOUD - Seven NASA astronauts will be at Apollo High School on Wednesday afternoon.

The astronauts will address the community and students before signing and hand-imprinting a 20-foot-by-8-foot graphic of the iconic photo of John Young saluting the American flag on the moon. The astronauts will also sign a plaque that will be attached to the Apollo test capsule outside the school.

The astronauts at the event will include Charlie Duke (Apollo 16), Al Worden (Apollo 15), Walt Cunningham (Apollo 7), Jack Lousma (Skylab 3), Jerry Carr (Skylab 4), Ed Gibson (Skylab 4), and Space Shuttle Challenger Pilot Jon McBride.

The event will take place in the Apollo gym with doors opening at 4:00 p.m. and the presentation starting at 4:30 p.m.
