Seberger Neighborhood Construction Resumes

ST. CLOUD -- Work on the streets in the Seberger neighborhood continues this spring.

Starting now through September, several streets in that neighborhood will be closed to through traffic.

Crews will be reconstructing utilities and streets in what's called "Area E" of the neighborhood.

The streets currently closed are 22nd and 23rd Avenues North from Division Street to 3rd Street North, 24th Avenue North from First Street to 3rd Street, First Street North from 21st to 24th Avenues and Second Street North from 21st Avenue to 25th Avenue.
