Sauk Rapids Couple Honored for Years of Volunteerism [VIDEO]

Dick and Doris Busse have devoted years to community work, and today they were honored jointly with the Sauk Rapids "Citizen of the Year" award during a ceremony at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School.
