Sartell Valve Maker Seals Expansion Deal

Industrial valve maker DeZURIK Inc. of Sartell is expanding significantly. It has inked a deal to acquire APCO Wiliamette, an Illinois producer of valve lines.

The acquisition will officially take effect on March 31st.

DeZURIK will assume control of APCO's offices in Schaumburg, Illinois and San Clemente, California, but primary business operations for DeZURIK will continue in Sartell where it has operated for more than 70 years.
