Rockville Man Hurt in Broadside Crash

MEEKER COUNTY - A Rockville man is hurt after a broadside crash in Meeker County on Thursday morning.

The incident happened just before 7:20 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 4 and Meeker County Road 16.

The State Patrol says 70-year-old Leonard Ashfeld of Watkins was driving a van west on County Road 16 and collided with a car in the intersection, driven by 27-year-old James Groth of Rockville.

Ashfeld was not hurt, Groth has non-life threatening injuries from the crash.
