Pierz Man Dead in Scuba Dive Near Vergas

VERGAS  (AP) - A central Minnesota man has died while scuba diving near Vergas.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says 51-year-old James Reardon of Pierz was diving Saturday afternoon with a friend on Lake Seven when he went missing.

His friend called for help and the man was found about 20 minutes after authorities arrived.
