Paynesville Man Pleads Guilty to Sex Act With a Child

ST. CLOUD -- A Paynesville man has pleaded guilty to forcing a young boy to perform a sex act on him.

A man called authorities last spring to report that 23-year-old Cody Kelso admitted to the abuse.

According to the criminal complaint, Kelso also admitted to investigators he sexually abused the six-year-old boy at a Paynesville home in late March.

Kelso pleaded guilty to first degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13-years-old. He'll be sentenced in April.
