Onamia Man Hurt in Crash Near Isle

ISLE -- An Onamia man was taken to the hospital after a crash near Isle last (Saturday) night.

The state patrol says the incident happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. Twenty-five-year-old Taylor Allen was was driving westbound on County Road 22, tried to cross the northbound lanes of Highway 169 and was struck by a car driven by 27-year-old Joseph Kerska of Maplewood. 

Kerska and his passenger 25-year-old Darlene Johnson of Burnsville were not hurt in the crash.

Allen was taken to Mille Lacs Health Systems Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
