Murder Suspect Extradicted Back To St. Cloud
ST. CLOUD - A woman accused of killing her father has been extradited back to St. Cloud.
Lisa Kearney of St. Cloud has been charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of her 66-year-old father Jeffrey Schilling of St. Cloud . She's being booked into the Stearns County Jail after being extradited from Louisville, Kentucky.
Kearney had been in custody in Louisville since she was arrested on January 5th, refusing to waive extradition. She will make her first court appearance in Stearns County tomorrow (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m.
Kearney is accused of killing her father on either January 1st or 2nd in St. Cloud. Police officers were called on a welfare check on January 4th and found the victim dead on a couch in his home. The Schilling died from head injuries. A short handled maul was found near the victim's body. Kearney was living with her father at the time.
