Motorcyclist Crashes Into Deer In Stearns County

SAUK CENTRE - One man is hurt after colliding with a deer east of Sauk Centre.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the crash happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 94 east of Sauk Centre.

Authorities say a motorcycle driven by 50-year-old Donald Selmer of Farmington was driving east on Interstate 94 when he collided with a deer.

Selmer was air-lifted to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say Selmer was wearing a helmet.
