MnDOT to Conduct Prescribed Burns Along Highways
ST. CLOUD -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be conducting prescribed burns along some sections of trail and highways.
You may notice smoke along portions of Highway 55 between Paynesville and Brooten, Highway 10 near the St. Cloud Travel Information Center and along the Lake Wobegon Trail in Sauk Centre.
Trained crews will control the burns and traffic should not be affected. All roads and trails will remain open during this time.
The burns will take place between now and the end of May weather permitting.
