Mayor Kleis Addresses City’s Role if New Tech is Built [AUDIO]

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis appeared on WJON today for a Radio Town Hall meeting.  He took phone calls.  He addressed a question about whether the city would increase property taxes if a new Tech High School is approved in November.  Mayor Kleis also talked about a new office building potentially downtown next to City Hall.  Listen to the conversation below.
