Level 3 Sex Offender To Move To St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A Level 3 Predatory Offender will be moving to the St. Cloud area at the end of the month.

The St. Cloud Police Department says 33-year-old Jerome Webb will be living in the 100 block of St. Germain Street East starting on Wednesday, May 28th. He was released from prison today.

Webb and another person used force to engaged in sexual contact with an adult woman. Webb and the victim did not know each other. Police say he has a history of sexual battery.

Webb has previously lived in the 1100 block of 10th Street Southeast in St. Cloud and in Lake Lillian. The level 3 offender has served his prison sentence and is not wanted by police.
