California Man Running Across The US, Is Now Running Through MN
A California man who has made a goal to run across the United States over 260 days has entered Minnesota, and will be working his way across the state over the next few days, before he enters North Dakota on his way to the Pacific Ocean and eventually to Hawaii in time for the 4th of July, and America's 250th birthday.
From Maine To Oregon: CA Man Runs For America
A California man is currently working his way across Minnesota in his quest to run across America over 260 days and more than 5,000 miles. Noah Coughlin entered Chisago County from Wisconsin today and will be working his way towards North Dakota. Here's a video of Noah entering the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
According to Noah's website runforusa.com once he has finished on July 4th, America's 250th birthday, he will become only the 3rd person to accomplish the feat of crossing all 50 states on foot.
"After completing his fifth Ocean to Ocean run across America, Coughlan will cross 900 miles across ALASKA from Prudhoe Bay to Anchorage. Finally, Noah will cross HAWAII, ending in Honolulu on America's 250th Anniversary, July 4, 2026, becoming only the 3rd person ever to cross all 50 States on foot."
5th Cross Country Run For Noah
This current run that Noah is on from sea to shining sea is his 5th solo run across the US. Coughlin previously has run across the US, by various routes, in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2023. This current run puts Noah in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, and Montana for the first time.

It's unclear if Noah will be running through St. Cloud. I've reached out to him through his website, and if I hear back in time, I'll let you know, as I'm sure he wouldn't mind the support on his way to Oregon.
You can learn how to support him on his run through his website here.
This run reminds me of a scene from a movie.
