Hwy 55 Resurfacing Project To Cause Delays

PAYNESVILLE -- If you travel along Highway 55 near Paynesville, you will encounter some slowdowns starting next week.

MnDOT is will be resurfacing Highway 55 between Stearns County Road 66 in Paynesville to just east of Highway 4 in Meeker County. The work will cause lane restrictions and flaggers will direct traffic through the work zone.

The $1.3-million project is scheduled to be completed by late August.
