MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Storms tracking through Minnesota include heavy rain and flooding.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch for more than a dozen counties in the southern half of the state.

Renville County officials are reporting a number of roads in Olivia are impassable. Kandiyohi County law enforcement says at least one street in Willmar has more than two feet of standing water.

The heavy rain has caused water to collect on some roads in the Twin Cities metro early Thursday, slowing morning traffic.
