Heat Advisory Issued Across Much Of Minnesota, Strong Storms Possible Monday Night

UNDATED - The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday

Heat indices Monday will range from 100 to 110 across Minnesota and 95 to 100 across Wisconsin.

There is a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms for widespread wind damage potential tonight over parts of northern and central Minnesota.

A slight risk is in place across the rest of the area. Thunderstorms will develop over the Dakotas and push east late this evening. Those in central Minnesota should stay alert through the day and evening for updates.
