FARIBAULT, Minn. (AP) - A Faribault man is accused of using his grandmother's credit card to charge more than $10,000 at Wal-Mart, clothing stores, a hotel and other places.

Twenty-one-year-old Justin Steinberg is charged with credit card fraud in Rice County District Court. Prosecutors say Steinberg used the card to make more than 100 transactions.

The criminal complaint says Steinberg's grandmother found receipts for some of the charges in a room at her home that's sometimes used by her grandson. Police say they found Steinberg at a local hotel and recovered the credit card as well as some receipts in his room.

A conviction carries a maximum 10 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
