Former Wendy’s Property on Division Street Sold

ST. CLOUD -- The former Wendy's building and property on Division Street and West St. Germain in St. Cloud has been sold.  The closing on the property was on Monday.

Linn Investment Properties LLC bought the property with the intention of building a new Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry.

They currently have six locations in the Twin Cities metro area and are planning on opening four new laundromats in 2020, including the one in St. Cloud.

Owner Stephen Linn says the existing building will be torn down and a new building will be built.  He says their intent is to begin in the spring with a mid-summer opening.

All Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry locations are open from 5:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m.

Linn Investment Properties LLC also owns several Holiday Convenience Stores, BP Express stations, and Paramount Auto Service stores.

The Wendy's restaurant at that location closed in March of 2017.
