Florida Company To Open Call Center in Willmar

WILLMAR -- A Florida-based company plans to open a call center in Willmar.

Enhanced Resource Centers LLC (ERC) plans to lease the former Kandiyohi Power Cooperative building, and invest $2-million in building improvements over the next three years.

The company specializes in customer experience management, which included debt recovery, corporate outsourcing and market research.

The move will create about 238 new jobs with pay wages averaging $14 an hour.

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) is supporting the project with a $563,183 grant from the Job Creation Fund.

ERC has 2,000 employees at seven locations worldwide.
