Epic Center Development to be Considered by Council

SARTELL -- More stores could be coming to the Epic Center property near Walmart in Sartell.

Tonight, the city council will consider a site plan for two buildings on the north end of Epic Center near the Walmart store.

The retail space totals 18-thousand square feet on nearly two acres of land. It would create 4 store fronts in one building and eight in the other.

Preliminary plans call for two fast food-type drive-thru's, a cell phone store and other retail outlets.
