MONTROSE -- An Eagan woman was hurt in a rear-end crash early Friday morning in Montrose.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. A semi-truck driven by 37-year-old Tyrel Schue of Northime turned onto Highway 12 from Zephyre Avenue, as the semi was accelerating to get up to highway speeds it was rear-ended by a car.

The driver of the car, 26-year-old Holly Peper was taken to Buffalo Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Schue was not hurt in the crash.
