Cold Spring Elects David Heinen As Mayor

COLD SPRING -- In Cold Spring David Heinen has won the race for mayor defeating Mike Fall 62 percent to 37 percent.

The top two vote getters for city council are Doug Schmitz with 37 percent and Fran Ramler with 32 percent. Jayme Knapp was the candidate with the third most votes was 30 percent and narrowly lost out on a seat on the Cold Spring City Council.
